Dolphin House These elegant, serviced apartments are located in residential Westminster within 3.5 acres of idyllic landscaped gardens along the River Thames. Dolphin House is a modern apartment block with on-site shops, a fitness centre and a 24-hour front desk with security. Guests at Dolphin House can enjoy a range of benefits, including complimentary access to the leisure facilities. These include a swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam room, squash courts and tennis courts. Victoria Train Station is 15 minutes’ walk away, while Buckingham, Palace an be reached in 25 minutes on foot. Pimlico Tube Station and the banks of the River Thames are a few minutes’ walk away. Most apartments have a super king-size bed, duck-down duvets and feather pillows. Bookings of 7 nights or more will receive a twice-weekly maid service and linen change.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra bed

All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children under 12 years are charged GBP 50 per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Wi-fi is available in the hotel rooms and costs GBP 10 per 24 hours.

Important information

Please note that the swimming pool is currently closed until 29th December 2011. At check-in, you must sign a separate agreement with Dolphin House. If your stay is for more than 13 nights, you will need to pay a refundable deposit. For bookings of 10 nights or more, different cancellation policies apply, and cancellation will need to be 10 days prior to arrival. Children can use the swimming pool during set periods. A washing machine and electric hob/oven for apartments are available on request, subject to availability only.
