Please note that a 2% surcharge will apply to all payments made by credit card. Late arrivals should notify 198 Suites 2-3 hours before arrival and are subject to an additional surcharge. Bookings with a combination of rooms and nights equal to 10 or more nights will incur a 25% non-refundable deposit to guarantee the reservation.
